3 October 2007 Managers using Make Me a Better Manager can now discover how their management skills compare to all the managers who have used the service, with benchmark information now included in the feedback report. So far, time management is seen as the weakest management skill and customer focus the strongest.
8 August 2007 Make Me a Better Manager is launched - the first service to allow all managers to get feedback from their workmates on their management strengths and weaknesses in two weeks or less. It can be used to focus the management training of participants. It's FREE for managers who sign up before 4 December.
